Can we get back to balancing for the things that have been added so far? Correct me if I'm wrong, but if hit detection was already in question, why are we adding factors that can potentially make it worst?
For example, the effort it takes, when hit detection is at it's worst, to hit a target is made much worse when they'really jumping 20 meters into the air. You already have trouble hitting targets moving horizontally, and now we've added a vertical variable?
I only ask that before we add anything further rattati could look into hit detection. Not 100% sure what type of testing he does when it comes to this, but let me suggest joining public matches and fighting for a full week. Test every weapon in multiple engagements, on different maps, in different sockets, and different fighting situations.
A second point of interest, as I'm sure you have probably already heard, is the match making. I know for sure that you're working on this, rattati. However, it has back-fired horribly! Matches of 8 v14 for example constantly. I've not been in a full 16 v 16 match since the changes to match making was dropped. I'm not current on my forum warriorism right now, so this may have already been pointed out.

I mean, over the last few hot fixes and updates, even rattati has admitted to some of the fixes and additions being "ninja" fixes and additions. So to say that there hasn't been quite a few is not entirely accurate.
When adding new elements to a game that is known for struggling with framerate speeds, latency, and lag, wouldn't it benefit both dev and player to make more minor adjustments instead? We've had jumpy suit added, which by the way is one mod that does Two things, new mods for vehicles, additional vehicles, etc. All of these new aspects definitely add to the amount of "things going on" in-game.
I mean think about it. We complain about lag on the gal facility right? Theories circled around having too much right on top of each other causing lag. Now we have more nanohives, links, jumpy suits, and God knows what else all over it?
My reference to balance, as I said, was secondary, and not related to the first topic, but stands out as an issue of equal importance. Who the h*ll wants to fight uneven and empty matches? Matchmaking is clearly not working as intended, and I'd rather not be on a team, or against a team, with 7 players v 13.

Just want to see everything that is already in the game work as intended. Going further into new updates, we do not need to be still dealing with the same old problems. We have new PC possibilities on the horizon. I want to fully enjoy it same as everyone else, but I don't want to spend any time complaining about hit detection. I don't care if CCP adds fire balls being fired from my palms. I want it to register correctly.
